muzz must love carrots--whenever i would visit we would have them in some shape or form. i would always try to duplicate cooking carrots in my home but they never turned out as sweet. she claimed she just boiled them. she must have added something? i'm thinking sugar...
this recipe is very good--why wouldn't it be? it has velveeta in it!
